Business Operations Analyst
Zurich is expanding support for the Contingent Workforce & Supplier Governance team and is seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will support the program for North America while interfacing enterprise wide. This role will provide operational, reporting, documentation, and system support for the Beeline vendor management system (VMS), working closely with the North America FlexForce team, business stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners. The role will support process consistency, service quality, and continuous improvement across contingent workforce and supplier governance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support Beeline VMS operations for the North America FlexForce team, including Jira-based ticket intake, issue tracking, defect documentation, enhancement requests, testing support, and follow-up through resolution.
- Create, validate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports from Beeline and related data sources to support workforce governance, compliance monitoring, supplier oversight, and leadership reporting.
- Analyze and organize contingent workforce data to identify trends, exceptions, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support engagement managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders by researching and resolving VMS, reporting, and process-related inquiries in partnership with the FlexForce team.
- Document standard operating procedures, job aids, process flows, decision logs, and training materials to improve consistency and knowledge transfer across the support model.
- Assist with requirements gathering, test case development, user acceptance testing, and implementation support for Beeline enhancements, reporting updates, and process changes.
- Provide project coordination, task tracking, status updates, and issue escalation support for assigned FlexForce initiatives and operational deliverables.
- Partner with North America stakeholders to ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and alignment with established governance and compliance expectations.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and automation initiatives by leveraging APIs, Power Automate, and Power BI to support process improvements, stakeholder dashboards, supplier reporting, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Support change management activities, including communications, training coordination, adoption tracking, and transition support for new or updated contingent workforce processes.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
OR
• 3 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Shared Services, Vendor Management, Workforce Operations, or related area
AND
• Experience supporting operational processes, reporting, project coordination, or system-related business support
Preferred:
• Experience with a Vendor Management System, contingent workforce process, procurement operations, or shared services support model
• Experience using Jira for ticket management, including intake, prioritization, tracking, status updates, and resolution follow-up
• Change management and process management
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements
• Data analysis, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Power BI to develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports that support operational insights and leadership decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience identifying process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Experience leveraging APIs, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and improve operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly across teams and time zones
