Business System Analyst

Zurich Capability Center is currently looking for a:

Business Systems Analyst

Role Description

• Lead requirements definition and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions and features.
• Work with business SMEs to capture business needs and translate them into PEGA-centric functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with PEGA development teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows, decisioning, and case management solutions.
• Provide ongoing support during development through clarifications, backlog refinement, and pre-UAT testing.
• Support Sprint Reviews by helping demonstrate PEGA use cases and business outcomes.
• Participate in post-go-live validations and provide BA sign-off for owned features and epics.
• Assist business users during UAT, Early Business Reviews, Model Office, and training sessions related to PEGA solutions.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large transformation or automation initiatives [Must Have]
• Strong hands-on experience working with PEGA platform (case management, BPM, workflows, decisioning) [Must Have]
• Experience in Agile delivery models with solid understanding of Agile ceremonies [Must Have]
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical PEGA implementations [Must Have]
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills [Must Have]
