Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building complex workflows, integrating systems, and driving business process improvements. This role requires expertise in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, Power BI and related Microsoft technologies, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (RPA)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions
• Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party APIs
• Build and maintain Power Apps to complement automation workflows
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for flows
• Optimize existing processes for performance, reusability, and scalability
• Participate in solution architecture and design discussions
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to users and team members
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance policies are adhered to
• Stay up to date with Power Platform updates and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Automate (including advanced Cloud Flows and RPA)
• Strong proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP actions
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug flows effectively
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Experience with custom connectors and AI Builder
• Knowledge of security roles, DLP policies, and environment management within Power Platform
• Prior experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, or enterprise integration
