Lead Developer

At Zurich Capability Center, we are looking for a:

LEAD DEVELOPER

Professional with strong experience in software development using .NET and Angular technologies. Specialist in system architecture, with the ability to define and implement technological solutions aligned with business objectives. Proven skills in team leadership, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development of team members.

Key Competencies:

• Software Development:
Extensive expertise in .NET (Core and Framework), Angular, C#, TypeScript, and cloud solutions (Azure/AWS).

• Systems Architecture:
Design and documentation of robust, scalable, and secure architectures aligned with best practices and corporate standards.

• Technical Leadership:
Management and motivation of development teams, promoting a collaborative work environment focused on value delivery.

• Project Management:
Task coordination, requirement prioritization, and deliverable tracking to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

• Solution Design:
Evaluation of technological alternatives, systems integration, and establishment of development standards and processes.

• Communication:
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Highlighted Experience:

• Leadership of development teams and migration of legacy systems to modern architectures based on microservices and cloud technologies.
• Implementation of web and mobile solutions integrating multiple platforms and technologies.
• Definition and governance of architectural patterns and secure development practices.
• Mentoring and training of both junior and senior developers.

Tools and Technologies:

.NET Core, .NET Framework, Angular (v10+), C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, Azure/AWS, SQL Server, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.

Education and Certifications (optional):

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Azure/AWS, .NET, Scrum Master, etc.
