COORDINADOR LEGAL DE CONTRATOS 

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Derecho.

Experiencia: De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en el sector asegurador; en la elaboración, revisión y análisis de contratos de prestación servicios, intercompañías y negocio en general. Conocimiento  de la ley de instituciones de seguros y fianzas, CUSF , conocimiento en temas de TI (software), REPSE.

• Inglés Avanzado

Responsabilidades:

• Elaboración, revisión y análisis de contratos y convenios de conformidad con la legislación vigente.
• Actuar como asesor jurídico.
• Actuar con fuerte orientación estratégica. 
• Anticiparse de forma proactiva, identificar y evaluar los aspectos legales, riesgos, así como oportunidades regulatorias y de gobernanza, definiendo soluciones pragmáticas.
