At #ZCC, We´re looking for a: 

Technical Support Engineer

Activities:

  • Provide level two technical support to US customers.
  • Responsible for setting up New Hirings PCs on their respective start date. 
  • ServiceNow, Intune, CoPilot

Required

  • 3 years of experience in deskside or remote IT support. 
  • Advanced English skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree
