About the role 

In this position, you will play an important administrative role, supporting our underwriting service specialists within our Property lines of business. The work requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage large data-sets and the capacity to manage complex systems and processes on a daily basis. 

 

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with data, is interested in developing smarter ways of working, and has skills in automation tools—such as macros or similar technologies that support process improvement. Your ability to identify improvements and help streamline workflows will be highly valued. 

 

This role offers an excellent introduction to the insurance industry and a great opportunity to develop practical skills. You will be hired on an hourly basis, with a flexible work schedule. We expect you to work at the office approximately two days per week. The position is offered for one year, with the possibility of an extension.

Who we’re looking for  

  • You have approximately two to three years left of your university studies, preferably within IT or Information Systems 

  • Verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English, equivalent to C2 level, are required.   

  • You are proactive, structured, and have curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving. 

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow and learn together with your colleagues.  

  • Experience and interest in data, IT systems, and processes will be beneficial.
