We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated student to join our Sales & Distribution team part-time during their studies. Role overview:

As a Student Worker in the Sales & Distribution team at Zurich Nordic, you will support key operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the delivery of commercial insurance solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while developing your knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and distribution strategies.

You will assist the team with tasks such as maintaining customer and broker data, preparing reports and presentations, supporting internal communication, and helping to streamline workflows. The role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student who enjoys working collaboratively, is eager to learn, and can manage tasks with a high level of accuracy.

This position is part-time and designed to complement your studies, providing you with valuable insight into the insurance industry and the opportunity to work within a global, inclusive team focused on delivering value to clients across the Nordic regions.

Key tasks and accountabilities:

• Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel, using advanced functions and continuously seeking new ways to improve and optimize workflows.
• Create, maintain, and automate reports for both internal use and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Present data insights clearly through visualizations and presentations, supporting everything from status meetings to executive steering groups.
• Prepare customized reports and offer ongoing support and solutions for various tasks within the team.

You will be hired on an hourly basis and the working occasions are flexible. We expect that you can work minimum 2 days per week on average parallel with your studies and during semester breaks.  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years left of your studies.
• Interest in and preferably experience with analysis and data handling in Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.

• Demonstrates a high level of motivation and commitment in task resolution.
• Ability to co-operate well with both colleagues and customers.
• You possess strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
