Sales and Account Manager

Your Role


In this role you’ll be responsible for activating the LiveWell growth strategy in EMEA.  You will work to segment, identify, and progress a pipeline of opportunities with several existing Zurich Businesses and Partners and new ones.  You will be working with our proposition team and several internal and external stakeholders to bring these opportunities to life.


As Sales and Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Achieve the growth plan by mapping the market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities in line with agreed objectives and sales targets
  • Influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders in different functions (internal and external)
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Explore and pitch new ideas and opportunities to grow existing client propositions and accounts Lead generation through multiple marketing modalities and management of the entire sales cycle to close new business
  • Develop Healthy Customer Relationship
  • Build Trust and Transparency with the Clients and Partners
  • Be the SPOC between LiveWell and the Customer
  • Have global perspective and approach to each customer on needs, pricing, growth, retention, solutions, and engagement



Skills & Experience


The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in the health and wellness sector and will possess the following skills:


  • Self-motivated, creative and goal orientated
  • Proven ability to build and maintain new and existing relationships
  • Experience in either Sales, Distribution, Proposition or Account Management
  • Highly adaptable and resilient, able to multitask in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and demonstrate personal commitment to delivering for the business
  • Proficient communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
