To strengthen the team, we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment, who enjoys working close to the business, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is energized by engaging and attracting diverse talent across the Benelux.

 

This is a fulltime hybrid role where you will be working from our office in The Hague, Netherlands. With occasional presence at our office in Belgium where needed. Working parttime (min. 4 days per week) is possible.

 

Your role

In this role, your primary focus will be recruitment and selection for a broad range of profiles across Belgium and the Netherlands. At the same time, you will act as a true HR generalist, supporting a wide variety of HR topics and operational activities. You will be collaborating with HR colleagues in Belgium as well as the Netherlands.

 

Key accountabilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Benelux)

  • Manage, coordinate and administer the end-to-end recruitment process, including first contact, offers, and onboarding in close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Draft &  publish vacancy texts and advise hiring managers on the labour market, profiles and recruitment strategies
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building

 

HR Generalist & Operations

  • Support a broad range of HR topics across the employee lifecycle
  • Support HR administration and act as back-up for payroll activities where needed
  • Contribute to the implementation of group and local HR processes by participating in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Benelux.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, with proven hands-on recruitment experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus)
  • Proactive, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities
