Role overview

At Zurich, your work matters. As a junior MGA Governance Specialist, you’ll be key in managing and overseeing all MGA activities. Wondering what an MGA is? Simply put, it’s a company that we work with that sells and manages our insurance products on our behalf.

This is a fulltime hybrid role where you will be working from our office in The Hague, Netherlands.

Key responsibilities:

• You are the backbone of the MGA team, coordinating, managing documents, and optimizing processes.
• Act as the go-to for colleagues and maintain contact with key internal players.  
• Support financial statement preparation and ensure our MGAs comply with regulations and agreements.
• Help organize MGA events and contribute to the development of new MGA insurance products.

About you:

• A recent graduate of (minimum) a bachelor’s degree or young professional with limited experience, eager to learn and grow.
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Open-minded and multidisciplinary; you feel at home with a wide range of tasks.
• You’re a go-getter and not afraid to bring in your own suggestions or ideas
