Motorfleet Service Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing policy issuance conducted by 3rd parties; acting as the Motorfleet representative for customers / brokers and the worldwide International Program network; driving continuous improvement within Motorfleet; focusing on the Motorfleet processes & metrics and establishing an operating rhythm with stakeholders; pro-actively monitoring and following up on issues during the insurance period that are related to local coverage requirements, policy issuance, premium payment, claims flow and program reporting; and occasionally supporting the Receiving (RC) team with other insurances produced.

This role is a flexible part-time (no more than 70% time) hybrid role, based from our offices in The Hague, Netherlands.

Your Profile:

• MBO 4 / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Insurance industry, with role specific experience within Motor Fleet products is compulsory (via insurance company or broker)
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and must have exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent competency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams)
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in Dutch & English. French is an added benefit.
• Willingness to travel between the 2 locations in Belgium and the Netherlands (when needed)
