The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity to join Integrated Benefits International as a Customer Review Technician within our Customer Review Team. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful contribution by helping ensure our corporate customers meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, playing a vital part in protecting both our customers and our business.

 

This position offers real autonomy and influence. You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Integrated Benefits International and the wider Zurich business, giving you excellent exposure and opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career.

 

Working as part of a supportive, close-knit team, you’ll be involved in:

  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve AML-related queries.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure their AML information is accurate and up to date.
  • Reviewing company AML documentation and recording outcomes on internal systems.
  • Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Integrated Benefits International and Zurich.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication to internal teams and customers, helping them understand AML processes and requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate AML controls are followed, evidenced, and adhered to in line with regulatory and internal standards.

 

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience working within AML, reviewing and maintaining company AML documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain AML requirements in an empathetic and accessible way.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills to manage competing demands and meet business objectives.
  • Commitment to integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of company AML requirements and controls.
  • Knowledge of Zurich’s organisational structure, governance, and risk and control framework, or the ability to quickly develop this understanding.
  • Awareness of the products, procedures, and services offered by Integrated Benefits International, or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically and pragmatically.
