What you’ll do:

As a Customer Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey. You will:

  • Own customer requests end-to-end, from policy reinstatements to surrender requests.
  • Connect with customers, gathering information, offering updates, and providing a genuinely supportive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating key details in our systems with precision.
  • Investigate customer requests, collaborating with colleagues to reach the best possible outcome quickly.
  • Stay compliant with all company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Grow your skills by joining regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing opportunities.

 

What we’re looking for:

You’ll shine in this role if you are:

  • Warm, approachable, and a natural communicator who enjoys helping people.
  • Someone who values accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
  • A supportive team player who can also manage tasks independently.
  • Experienced in customer service — and if you have industry experience, even better!
