Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an International Customer Support Manager (CSM) to join our busy Integrated Benefits International Corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about delivering excellent customer service, confident managing their own workload, and always looking for positive ways to improve how we work.

As a CSM, you’ll support Customer Account Managers (CAM), Client Relationship Managers (CRM), and Customer Service Operations teams across both existing plans and new business. You’ll play an important role in helping us meet our growth and retention goals while ensuring every customer receives a great experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for key plan administrators, sponsors, and trustees, as well as the escalation point for member enquiries. You’ll ensure service standards are met, issues are resolved promptly, and colleagues are supported to deliver a seamless service.

A key part of the role will be promoting our ZIO (self‑service) platform and encouraging customers to adopt digital processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
  • Act as the go-to contact for queries, issues, and day-to-day support needs.
  • Keep customers informed of regulatory changes and ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Produce accurate, insightful reports to support client and trustee decision-making.
  • Deliver clear training and guidance on tools such as ZIO.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Support project activities and help drive process improvements across the team.
  • Problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment, using your ability to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions to a variety of challenges.

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clarify complex information.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach that brings people together to get things done.
  • Genuine empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and ways of working.
  • Strong teamwork skills, balanced with confidence to work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good Excel capability and a positive attitude to problem‑solving.
