PMO Manager

This is a key role at Zurich Isle of Man for a versatile professional who thrives in both project management and governance.  

You will lead PMO activities, drive continuous improvement, and oversee third-party relationships - making a real impact on how we deliver projects and manage risk.

What will you be doing? 

• Lead and coordinate PMO activities to ensure successful project delivery and effective governance. 

• Develop, enhance, and implement PMO processes, tools, and reporting frameworks. 

• Oversee third-party governance, managing vendor relationships in line with Zurich’s policies and risk standards. 

• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for new and ongoing third-party engagements. 

• Act as the central contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between internal teams and external partners. 

• Support audits, compliance activities, and drive continuous improvement. 

• Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within project and governance teams. 

What we're looking for?   

• Proven experience in project management, PMO roles, and third-party governance or procurement. 

• Solid understanding of project delivery, risk management, and regulatory requirements. 

• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset and a keen attention to detail. 

• Proactive problem-solving ability, adaptable to changing business needs. 

• Effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will be degree-educated; however, this is not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.
