Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Operational teams, where you will gain comprehensive insight into operational strategies, customer service practices, transaction management, and associated projects. This role will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our customer service processes, as well as hands-on experience in supporting customers, improving key metrics, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong academic performance in any discipline.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive.
- Demonstrates empathy: being able to put yourself in other peoples’ shoes and to show care and concern for others around you.
- A problem solver, who is open to innovation and will challenge the status quo to get the best result.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.

You’ll get hands-on experience with our Operational teams and gain valuable insights into:
- Customer Service: Discover how our teams deliver excellent service and create positive customer experiences.
- Operations: Learn about the different functions within operations, including how we engage with customers to exceed expectations.
- Digital Transformation: See how we’re developing digital journeys to benefit both our operations and our customers.
- Account Management: Understand how we manage key accounts, resolve customer issues, and deliver value-added digital services.
- Business-Shaping Projects: Get involved in projects that drive our business forward—whether focused on regulatory requirements, customer initiatives, or internal improvements.
