Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Risk Management function. You’ll gain insight into the core elements of our Risk Management Framework, build general risk awareness, and develop a strong understanding of how risk management supports and protects our business.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong academic performance in any discipline.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive.
- Demonstrates empathy, able to understand others’ perspectives and show care and consideration.
- A problem solver who welcomes innovation and challenges the status quo.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll gain insight into:
- The core elements of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework, how risk activities are embedded across the business, and how the Risk team partners with stakeholders (including attending risk meetings such as functional risk reviews).
- How to perform a risk assessment, participate in the assessment process, and assist with updating risk profiles.
- Operational Event Management, including shadowing root cause analysis.
- Policy Governance and how we maintain and manage policy documentation.
In addition, as a group, you will be:
- Taking part in business-wide projects and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Leading an external volunteering project that positively impacts the local community.
