Account Manager - Service
Job Summary

Reporting to Client Service Manager, as Account Manager you are expected to develop customer-specific, value-added services for existing and new large domestic and global customers in order to build customer awareness of the organization’s value proposition.
Job Accountabilities
As Account Manager, your role will involve:
- Handle and nurture relationships with IFAs and Banks.
- Act as the primary contact point for sales and contact points within IFAs and Banks.
- Address and resolve escalations and queries from IFAs and Banks promptly and effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with sales teams and key contact points in IFAs and Banks to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work towards implementing effective changes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of procedures and processes within the retail business.
- Provide support during month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Support sales and distribution partners to contribute towards achieving the APE target.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of retail business processes and procedures.
- Participate in cross-skill and upskill activities to learn new tasks.
- Be able to provide resolutions to escalations by processing the requests firsthand, rather than handing them over to another team.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent), and prior experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with financial advisors and banks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and procedures.
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
- Ability to support month-end activities and contribute to sales targets.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Accuracy and Attention to details.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office packages– Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal in English.
