Data Analytics Specialist- UAE National

Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, the Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible transforming data into strategic insights, enabling data-driven marketing and business decisions. It will serve as the central point for customer and brand insight, ensuring that research and data directly inform marketing campaigns, customer strategy, and executive decision-making.
Job Accountabilities
As a Data Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Insight Generation & Research Management
- Lead key insight programs including Relationship Net Promoter Score (R-NPS), global brand surveys, and brand awareness/consideration tracking.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify actionable trends and customer behavior drivers.
- Manage both global and local research projects, ensuring alignment with Group Insights methodologies.
- Maintain the accuracy, relevance, and strategic value of all data and insight outputs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Regularly present insights to EXCO, marketing, sales, and CX teams.
- Share key findings via internal updates (e.g., email briefs, town halls, marketing meetings).
- Strategic Impact & Business Alignment
- Support marketing teams in applying insights to improve campaign design and execution.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer-facing functions to embed insights into decision-making.
- Champion a customer-first culture across the business by showcasing how insights contribute to the CEO scorecard and growth metrics.
- Internal Leadership and Capability Building
- Influence how the organization values and utilizes data by demonstrating business impact.
- Stay current on evolving research tools, trends, and methodologies.
- Contribute to building a sustainable, insight-driven culture within marketing.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in your role you will need:
Skills & Proficiency
- Functional Skills
- Marketing Insights & Analysis –Ability to analyze customer and brand data (e.g., NPS, brand tracking) and translate into actionable marketing insights.
- Survey Design & Interpretation – Familiarity with designing and analyzing surveys using tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.
- Data Visualization & Reporting – Ability to create clear, compelling dashboards and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Customer Centricity – Demonstrates understanding of customer needs and integrates them into decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication – Can clearly communicate insights to marketing teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Market Research Methodologies – Basic understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods for customer research.
- Storytelling with Data – Translates data into narratives that influence business and marketing strategies.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Have UAE National Passport and Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing insights, research, or data analytics role.
- Familiarity with survey tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.
- Basic experience with data visualization and dashboard tools.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
