Inforce Specialist (UAE Nationals Only)

Reporting to the Inforce Engagement Lead, the Inforce specialist will be responsible for supporting in-force management activities, supporting inforce campaigns, collaborating with various departments and supporting the sales force by providing information, carrying out activities and analysis that help drive Zurich products and services delivery to customers and distributors.
Job Accountabilities
As Inforce Specialist, your role will involve:
- Anticipate, recognize and respond to needs of customers.
- Support implementation of Inforce customer initiatives.
- Provide status updates on various initiatives.
- Resolve technical problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications.
- Compare alternatives for solving problems or improving procedures or products and provide recommendations.
- Works on in force campaigns requiring data analysis. Compile and analyze basic information and qualitative and/or quantitative data.
- Utilize basic data audit techniques to maintain and improve data quality. Under direction, analyze customer data to help drive data based decisions.
- Assists with existing database to extract pertinent information, results and recommendations from it and other product and customer information resources.
- May develop basic models to acquire data and information and conducts follow-up and data verification, as needed.
- Monitor customer engagement through different campaigns and support the uptake of these campaigns.
- Work with the Inforce and Marketing teams on curating relevant customer communications and launch the campaigns with customers and distributors.
- Manage the Inforce inbox to ensure that all customer queries and requests are managed with accuracy and in time.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in your role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- English and Arabic speaking is a must.
- For UAE Passport holders only
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Accuracy and Attention to details.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office packages– Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Financial Analysis skills
- Learning Agility
