Integrated Talent Management Generalist

At Zurich Ireland, our Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Team is looking for a proactive and agile Generalist to help us drive capability building, deliver best-in-class training, and support talent development for the future.
This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
What’s the role?
In this varied position, you’ll be part of the Integrated Talent Management team and report to the Capability and Leadership Development Lead. You’ll coordinate and help deliver key learning and development programmes, curate impactful training experiences, and step in to support talent acquisition when specialist growth is needed. You’ll make a real difference to our people’s learning journeys, ensuring they have the skills and support to succeed in a changing world of work.
What will you do?
- Respond to employee queries on learning, career development, professional qualifications, and talent management topics.
- Coordinate programmes, for example Zurich Achieve (Early Career Programme), Leadership Curriculum, Organisational Capability & Customer Initiatives (Learning Weeks, CPC, Great Care and more) and MyPDC (quarterly webinars and communications on our performance management cycle), with select delivery of same as required
- Liaise with external training partners and manage logistics, communications, and administration, which includes super user access to our learning management system.
- Support HR projects and provide valuable insights from the learning management systems and Power Bi dashboards to drive initiatives effectively
- Help colleagues and managers build the capabilities needed for tomorrow’s challenges.
- Additional duties as required
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in Human Resources (CIPD membership a plus)
- Skilled with learning management systems and confident managing administration
- A team player with strong attention to detail and great communication and training delivery skills
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting others’ growth
Additional Information
Primary work location is Dublin or Wexford. Occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations. Hybrid working will be faciliated as part of our way of working.
