Analyst - Identity and Access Services (Hybrid)

Your Role


As an Identity and Access Analyst your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:


  • Providing technical oversight of 2nd-Level (Tier 2) Identity & Access Management activities, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Establishing, reviewing and improving identity hygiene activities relating to identity and access technologies.
  • Acting as a point of technical escalation for 3rd party Identity analysts.
  • Reporting on SLAs, KPIs and other metrics related to Identity management
  • Creation and maintenance of process and knowledge-base documentation


Your Skills and Experience

As an Identity and Access Analyst your skills and qualifications will include: 


  • 3rd Level qualification in an information technology-related discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT Security / IT Operations or educational equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS / MS Azure (especially identity / security processes).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory environments.
  • Awareness of scripting in MS Powershell or similar scripting language.
  • Understanding of working with ticketing / workflow systems.
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Exchange / MS Mail clients.
  • Some working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and/or IT Security would be preferred


Additional Information


Primary work location is Blackrock, Co Dublin. Position is Blackrock-based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations. (Less than 5% of the time).
