Your Purpose

 

As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, working with Zurich Insurancce Company, you will work proactively with hiring managers and senior business leaders. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for talent acquisition, delivering a dedicated, high-quality service that supports targeted hiring, skill gap identification, and internal mobility. By leveraging data and insights, you’ll influence recruitment processes and contribute to our sustainable competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Proactively partner with hiring managers and business leaders for high-quality, targeted hiring.
  • Champion internal mobility; focus external recruitment on key skill gaps.
  • Support Diversity & Inclusion at every stage—from attraction to onboarding.
  • Administer end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
  • Use data and insights to influence recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver an impactful Zurich welcome.
  • Contribute to HR projects and cross-company initiatives for ongoing improvement.
  • Share successes, collaborate on challenges, and model Zurich’s values every day.

Your Skills

 

  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience; in-house and IT/technical hiring an advantage.
  • Relevant degree; CIPD qualification valued.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Service-oriented, team-focused, and committed to compliance.
  • Passion for HR, continuous learning, and delivering a positive experience.

Additional Information

 

Primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin. Occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations. Hybrid working will be faciliated as part of our way of working.
