As a Zurich Municipal Service Administrator, you will be involved in helping to shape and develop the operational direction of this specialist sector. Whilst this is not a face-to-face customer role, you will be part of a team supporting our Sales and Underwriting teams in delivering for our customers, engaging with our customers by email and telephone
We’ll support and train you in all the technical aspects of the role and will make sure that you feel part of the team from day one.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time, this is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. If this is you, please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
What will you be doing?
Well, you can expect no two days to be the same, you’ll be working with your team and the wider Zurich Municipal Sales Team daily
We need you to provide a standout service experience for customers and stakeholders and be responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions for them, supporting our end to end renewal and new business processes adhering to Legal and Governance requirements, supporting in logging complaints and providing closure information , analysing data to assist the Sales and underwriting teams in achieving targets, managing data quality to support accurate reporting and forecasting for the wider business. This means taking ownership of your own workload and supporting colleagues to deliver our collective workload - it’s all about being a team player!

What are we looking for?
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked in Insurance or Financial Services before, what we really need is a willingness to learn and to contribute. You might have some experience which would be great but what we really need are your strengths, energy and enthusiasm to come into play.
In this role, communication will be key as you will work with a lot of functions to ensure customers experience our full proposition. You should be comfortable making decisions using both data and your own judgement to provide the best outcomes for Zurich and our customers, as this is what is most important to us.
We’d like you to be happy to challenge processes and decisions using your attention to detail. You’ll naturally adapt your style to different workloads and pressures and be able to think on your feet. Last but not least, organisation and the ability to prioritise is really key, our customer is always foremost on our minds!
