Marketing Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
- Marketing Operations, Coordination & Execution
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the marketing team, including reporting, budget tracking, invoicing, payments, and maintaining proper documentation and approvals.
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing projects by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and logistics for campaigns, events, and activations.
- Act as a shared team resource, supporting different marketing functions and ad-hoc tasks based on business priorities set by the Head of Marketing.
- Content & Creative Support
- Support the creation of basic marketing materials such as social media visuals, flyers, presentations, and simple video content.
- Assist with translating and adapting marketing materials between English/Traditional Chinese ↔ Chinese Simplified to ensure clarity and relevance.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, brand‑compliant, and aligned with compliance requirements by working closely with Marketing and Group Customer teams and using AI tools for content support.
- Ad-hoc & Priority Support
- Support urgent or high-priority initiatives across marketing functions (e.g. CSR events, product launches, campaigns)
- Work with different stakeholders (Brand, Product, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Distribution) to support execution needs
- Flexibly allocate time based on business priorities set by the Head of Marketing
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
• Basic hands-on skills in design, video editing and content creation, including tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work with both Simplified and Traditional Chinese content
• Cantonese proficiency is an advantage
• Exposure to Hong Kong market, HK-based companies, or financial services / insurance industry is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
