Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily Hong Kong policy administration duties and Department support duties
- Process Hong Kong policy servicing requests with quality within the agreed KPI and SLA
- Support ad-hoc projects / duties / system testing assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder with 3-5 years working experience in General Insurance
- Experience in Hong Kong policy administration in the General Insurance field is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Good command of Cantonese is an advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, mature and a good team player
- A good sense of responsibility, with patience and a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and under pressure
