Policy Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities 

  • Perform daily Hong Kong policy administration duties and Department support duties
  • Process Hong Kong policy servicing requests with quality within the agreed KPI and SLA
  • Support ad-hoc projects / duties / system testing assigned by Manager

 

Job Requirements 

  • Diploma / Degree holder with 3-5 years working experience in General Insurance
  • Experience in Hong Kong policy administration in the General Insurance field is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Good command of Cantonese is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, mature and a good team player
  • A good sense of responsibility, with patience and a positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
