Pricing Actuarial Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• Support new product launch and product revamp
• Assist in maintenance and development of policy information system
• Assist in preparation of proposal and administration system user requirement
• Create test plan and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the product initiatives are implemented in systems as expected
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis
• Assist in product pricing review and experience study
• Assist in pricing spreadsheet and model enhancement
• Special quote and illustration support of life products
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Students in Actuarial Science, Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics or Statistics, or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office and computer programming
• Knowledge in VBA an added advantage
• Good analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal competencies
• No prior actuarial experience requirement
