The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within Zurich Resilience Solutions UK leading and developing a new Advisory team. ZRS is seeking a commercially driven leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing consultative sales and market strategies. This pivotal leadership role will require a clear vision & strategy and a leader who can build a consulting culture and capability, shaping high-impact solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and building external relationships. Leading a team to develop a ZRS service & distribution proposition and ensuring the delivery of innovative value-driven consulting services that drives sustainable commercial performance.
This role reports to the Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions, UK, London is the primary location.
Demonstrated success in leading consultancy and advisory teams achieving commercial growth is a core requirement.

What will you be doing?
- Lead & Inspire a high performing team – Lead, mentor, and empower your team of consultants, ensuring alignment with Zurich’s values and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Set clear objectives, encourage professional growth, and foster a collaborative, supportive environment.

Drive team success in client partnerships: Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients in the UK. Help your team build deep understanding of client business objectives and risk landscapes, positioning Zurich Resilience Solutions as an essential part of their resilience strategy.

Oversee end-to-end client engagement: Lead your team through the entire sales and service process, from needs assessment and opportunity qualification to solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Model best-in-class relationship management and commercial acumen in all team activities.

Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and develop new customers and partnerships. Proactively build and nurture a strong pipeline of new clients by leveraging industry networks, thought leadership, and market insights to position the firm as a trusted advisory partner. Strengthen and expand long‑term relationships with existing clients, exploring opportunities to broaden service offerings.

Champion cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with other Zurich teams—including technical experts, underwriters, and account executives—while leading your team in the co-creation of bespoke, value-driven resilience strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges and opportunities.

Grow relationships and networks: Support your team in establishing long-term connections with C-suite and senior decision-makers, enhancing Zurich’s reputation as a trusted advisor. Drive thought leadership, professional networking, and market insights to proactively grow a robust sales pipeline for your team.

Empower effective communication: Guide your team in delivering impactful presentations, workshops, and consultative sessions, simplifying complex risk topics into actionable recommendations that help clients mitigate risks and seize growth opportunities.

Champion continuous learning and innovation: Lead your team in staying ahead of industry developments, market trends, and Zurich’s evolving offerings. Ensure your team and clients benefit from the latest solutions and thought leadership to advance their resilience strategies.
