(Assistant) Proposition Manager - ILAS products

Job Responsibilities

• Support the management and maintenance of Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes (ILAS) and their underlying investment choices.
• Monitor fund house communications and stay informed about industry trends to contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain investment choices by tracking performance and conducting other ongoing reviews.
• Draft clear, professional client letters and other written communications for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a contact point for local regulators and stay up to date with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all product-related matters.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address product-related questions and maintain strong working relationships.
• Prepare sales aids, product documents, and related materials to support business objectives.
• Assist the Head of Propositions or Manager with product-related projects, tasks, and ad hoc initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5-6 years + experience managing ILAS products and investment choices; experience interacting with regulators is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to remain aware of updated regulatory requirements and apply them to day-to-day work.
• Native spoken Cantonese and strong proficiency in English, with outstanding written communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to draft clear and effective client correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Proposition Manager
