AI Evangelist / AI Ambassador
This role is not about building AI models — it is about empowering people. You will be responsible for upskilling employees at all levels through personalized AI training, fostering a strong AI‑first culture, and operating an AI helpdesk to support employees in their day‑to‑day work with AI tools.
You will act as the bridge between technology and business, translating AI capabilities into concrete productivity gains across functions such as distribution, operations, claims, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and management.
A company-wide AI upskilling program, tailored by role, function, and AI maturity level
- Personalized AI training paths (beginner → advanced) for frontline staff, managers, and leadership
- An operational AI helpdesk & office hours model to support employees on real use cases
- A curated and maintained AI knowledge base (prompts, playbooks, use cases, FAQs)
- Measurable AI adoption KPIs (usage, productivity impact, confidence, satisfaction)
- Strong internal AI advocacy and community engagement to foster continuous learning
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI training programs for employees across all functions, including hands-on workshops, clinics, and virtual sessions
- Create personalized learning journeys based on role, seniority, and function (e.g. claims handlers, sales agents, marketers, analysts, managers)
- Run an AI helpdesk model (drop-in sessions, office hours, ticketing or chat-based support) to assist employees with:
- Prompting and use of generative AI tools
- Automating everyday tasks
- Improving output quality and efficiency
- Translate business processes into practical AI use cases, templates, and prompts employees can reuse
- Develop and maintain an internal AI knowledge hub (best practices, do/don’t, examples, tutorials)
- Act as an internal AI ambassador, promoting experimentation, responsible AI usage, and best practices
- Partner with IT, Data, Security, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure safe and compliant AI usage
- Track and report on AI adoption metrics, employee feedback, and realized productivity gains
- Continuously scan the AI ecosystem (Copilot, ChatGPT, enterprise tools, workflows) and assess relevance for internal use
- Support leadership with AI awareness sessions, demos, and executive briefings
- Build and nurture an internal AI community of champions across departments
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, change management, training, consulting, or technology enablement roles
- Strong hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, enterprise AI platforms) for real business use cases
- Proven ability to teach complex topics simply and adapt content to different audiences
- Experience designing and delivering training programs or enablement initiatives at scale
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — confident engaging with frontline staff and senior leaders alike
- Strong understanding of business processes and how AI can improve productivity and outcomes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-evolving AI environments
- Structured and pragmatic mindset: focused on impact, not hype
- Ability to influence without authority and foster grassroots adoption
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and governance (hands-on expertise not required, awareness essential)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Technology, or a related field
