Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily insurance receipts and payments, commission and unit-link settlements, and other policy related settlements
  • Prepare journal vouchers
  • Support month end and year end closing
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

 

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma / Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in receipt and payment function, experience in life insurance will be an advantage
  • Detail oriented, organized, hard working, willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in software skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Experience in AS400 and SAP is an advantage
