Assistant Manager, Change & Execution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stand up Programmes – Clearly articulate the Problem Statement, Solution, How to Measure Success, Current Operating Model, Target Operating Model, Scoping & Phasing, Prioritization Criteria, Roles & Responsibilities, and Implementation Plan.
  • Engage Senior Stakeholders for Business Decision – Clearly present the Questions, Options, Pros & Cons of each option. Document the decision clearly.
  • Propose sensible solutions and validate them with stakeholders when there is little guidance on "who needs to do what by when".
  • Counter-suggest alternative approaches when facing resistance or limitations.
  • Ensure progress by running workstream working groups or agile scrum teams.
  • Regularly showcase the progress via SteerCo meetings or agile end-of-sprint showcases.
  • When designing CoM/ToM, work closely with solution architects and business process owners to identify workable solutions.
  • Wear a customer lens, take a step back, and think “what are the customers' needs?”
  • Design customer journeys for each touchpoint – incl. UXUI design, Comms layout design and copywriting uplift (SMS, Email, Policy Documents, Renewal/Change/Acquisition/Claim Documents)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven record of strong programme management skill in transformation programmes
  • Proven record of strong CX designer skill and customer journey revamp
  • Highly structured, organized, logical and proactive
  • Short and succinct in communication
  • Able to operate under pressure. Keep a positive vibe and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Energetic to drive change
  • Can-do spirit. Comfortable walking in the dark and making things happen
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Flexible and adaptive to be able to work on various tasks of different nature, and pick up new skills when necessary
