Assistant Manager, Direct & Partnership (Direct Channel / General Insurance)


Job Summary

To cope with business expansion in digital direct channel


Job Accountabilities

  • Drive and execute the digital direct sales campaign to achieve business target including sales, new customer count, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design effective sales campaigns with media plan that offer compelling content to drive direct business
  • To improve overall online presence and digital marketing techniques of the company (Digital advertising – SEM, PPC, media buy, etc.)
  • Support in BAU campaign execution
  • Campaign performance tracking
  • Implement CRM marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop customer acquisition journeys to cross-sell & up-sell through eDM, SMS, Whatsapp or social media with digital marketing automations platform
  • As the center of excellence to monitor the results (analytics, sales reports) from time-to-time and refine the journeys to strike for a higher conversion rate


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing or related discipline
  • 5 years of experiences in digital marketing, campaign management in insurance or FI industry
  • Familiar with customer lifecycle, especially on direct customer acquisition, development (cross-sell & up-sell) and retention
  • Proven track records in executing campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Solid experiences in analyzing data and refining customer segmentation
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing automations platform, preferably Microsoft Marketing Cloud
  • Experienced in optimizing the user experiences with A/B testing, familiar with the latest UIUX trends
  • Experienced in creating communication materials, includes but not limited to eDM & SMS
  • Strong analytical skills, able to break down and resolve complex business problems
  • A self-starter, progressively pushing tasks and projects forward
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Insurance or financial institution background is preferred
  • Good Technical skills and work knowledge on:
    • CRM administration
    • Market automation tools administration
    • Google Analytics
    • SEO
    • SEM
    • JIRA
