Assistant Manager, Expenses Controlling

Job Accountabilities

  • Perform month-end accounting procedures, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial data analysis
  • Prepare and analyse expense reports for management review
  • Assist in preparing expense budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making
  • Assist with the implementation of effective financial controls and procedures
  • Provide support in liaising with external auditors and other external parties

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
  • CPA qualification is advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Insurance, financial services industries
  • Big 4 audit experience in financial services is preferable
  • PRC exposure is advantageous
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong Excel skills highly preferred, with other data management skills advantageous
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across the organization
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
