Compliance Manager

Assist the Head of Compliance to promote ethical and proper business practices.  Support in development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and training.  Provide compliance advice to business units.  And assist in counseling the business on matters of risk affecting the overall reputation and public image of the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer best practice solution.
  2. Assist and support the communication and delivery of regulatory requirements, group policies and procedures. 
  3. Support the compliance monitoring program.
  4. Assist to handle regulatory and audit inquiries.
  5. Assist in compliance risk assessment activities.
  6. Provide ad hoc training / briefing on compliance issues.
  7. Issue monthly reports.
  8. Maintain the filing system.
  9. Participate in ad hoc projects.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate.

  2. At least five years of working experience in the insurance industry or financial institution in compliance area.

  3. Working level of knowledge in Long Term insurance regulatory requirement knowledge, in particular anti-money laundering and FATCA/CRS knowledge.

  4. Self-motivated and responsive.

  5. Detail oriented.

  6. Well organized and good planning skill.

  7. Good internal personal skill and communication skill.

  8. Good report writing and presentation skill.

  9. Able to work under pressure.
