Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer practical solution
• Provide support to the communication and delivery of regulatory requirements, group policies and procedures
• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and trainings
• Handle and manage the regulatory and audit inquiries
• Support the compliance risk assessment activities
• Prepare regular compliance reports for management review
• Maintain and enhance the compliance filing system

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in insurance or financial services industry
• Sound knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements on AML & CTF, AEOI, ABC and personal data privacy
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of reading, written and spoken English, Chinese & Cantonese
• Experience in using data analytic tools like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
