Job Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer practical solution
- Provide support to the communication and delivery of regulatory requirements, group policies and procedures
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and trainings
- Handle and manage the regulatory and audit inquiries
- Support the compliance risk assessment activities
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management review
- Maintain and enhance the compliance filing system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements on AML & CTF, AEOI, ABC and personal data privacy
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of reading, written and spoken English, Chinese & Cantonese
- Experience in using data analytic tools like Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
