Contract Client Services Specialist

Job Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for the renewal case management of Corporate Life & Pension products
  • Review company AML (anti-money laundering) documentation and record outcomes in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve AML-related queries
  • Ensure clear and empathetic communication that has been delivered to internal teams and external customers, helping them understand AML processes and requirements
  • Ensure the appropriate AML controls are in place, evidenced and adhered to align with regulatory and company standards
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations 

 

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in policy administration and/or customer services, preferably in insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge in AML and/or financial crime is an advantage
  • Familiar with Corporate Life insurance products is preferable
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Individual contributor with team spirit and eager to learn
  • Excellent command of written English and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain AML requirements in an empathetic and accessible way
  • We will offer an initial contract on 12-month basis
  • We offer a flexible working environment in hybrid mode
