Job Accountabilities
- Provide professional customer services to the General Insurance enquiries from various channels, e.g. Live Chat, Call, Email, Whatsapp, Counter, etc.
- Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Customer-facing / hotline experience in insurance / financial service industry is preferable
- IIQE qualification is an advantage
- Proficient in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus
- Patient with customer-oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- We will initially offer employment with 12-month contract; contract renewal will be subject to employee's performance and business needs
