Contract Customer Service Officer (1-year)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation of reception in a professional manner
- Greet and direct visitors appropriately
- Customer Communication Management

Respond to customer inquiries via email or Live Chat. Ensure clear, courteous, and timely communication with customers, maintain records of interactions, follow up on requests or complaints, and support a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

- Provide clerical and administrative support as assigned
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, e.g. Words, Outlook, Teams, etc.
