Distribution Management Analyst


Job Summary

  • The Distribution Management Analyst will support financial and strategic planning activities, assist to track the development of strategic initiatives and campaigns to achieve business growth
  • The role needs to be passionate about strategy planning and to be data-driven to track the performance and provide insights from the reports


Job Accountabilities

  • Assist to formulate distribution growth strategy
  • Develop performance metrics, prepare analysis report with recommendations for actions and improvements of sales activities to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
  • Manage projects and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the projects completed on schedule
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’ Degree in Marketing / Business / Finance or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ solid experience in strategic assistant or management consultant 
  • Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
  • Independent, proactive, multi-tasking, fast-pace with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Application including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
