Distribution Support Specialist (Life Insurance)

Job Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all enquiries (hotline and written) received from IFAs are handled and resolved within the performance and quality standards
  • Handle complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled upon customers’ satisfaction
  • Provide support for IFAS and internal stakeholders in acquiring new business
  • Provide accurate and timely client reports
  • Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and across the other regions to ensure alignment of best working practice
  • Support ad-hoc projects and special tasks such as UAT, marketing campaign or product launch etc

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or equivalent preferable with minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or call centre in insurance/ banking industry
  • Good knowledge of the insurance product and operations
  • IIQE paper I, III and V
  • Good organizational and time management skills whilst working accurately and to deadlines
  • Strong complaint handling skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese; good at Mandarin is preferable
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer
