Your Role

As Head of Strategy & Sustainability, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Oversee corporate strategy, sustainability initiatives, and ESG goals for the Greater China territory
• Contribute to the planning process and financial plan; work closely with main stakeholders to define strategic priorities
• Support the definition of business plans to deliver a coherent and compelling story in the business units, aligned with regional and group strategy
• Perform periodic reviews of strategy and monitor effective delivery and execution
• Drive innovation and culture to align with ESG standards
• Monitor, anticipate, and assess macro-economic and regulatory trends to enhance the competitiveness of the business units
• Communicate and explain strategic priorities throughout the organization

Your Skills and Experience

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in delivering strategic and transformational projects
• Proven ability to conduct extensive research and analysis
