Intern (Digital Experience, Website & SEO support) - 6/12 months)

Job Responsibilities:

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in digital marketing, content, and how websites attract and engage customers through search and data insights. You will gain hands‑on exposure to website management, SEO, and emerging trends such as AI‑driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Website Content Support
  Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining website content using Content Management Systems (CMS). Work with the UX Design team to support user‑friendly and engaging webpage experiences.
• SEO & Organic Traffic Support
  Support SEO and organic growth activities, including SEO/GEO article creation,  basic content audits, keyword research, competitor review, and updating webpages to improve search visibility and content effectiveness.
• Digital Analytics & Reporting
  Help analyze website performance using analytics tools to understand visitor behavior and content performance and support the team with insights and reporting.
• Global Website Review & Learning
  Assist in reviewing Zurich’s global websites to understand best practices and explore ideas that could be applied to enhance Hong Kong digital platforms.
• Research & Idea Generation
  Conduct desk research on digital trends, customer behavior, content ideas, and search developments (including AI‑powered search) to support organic growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• • Studying in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, website content, SEO, and new technologies such as AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Curiosity about user behavior, digital experiences, and design trends
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail; willing to learn and take initiative
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
  • Good communication and basic presentation skills
  • Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player
