Intern (Transformation & Automation, Compliance APAC)

Job Accountabilities

  • Support the APAC Compliance Team to deliver the Compliance Transformation and Automation projects across the APAC region
  • Closely work with APAC Data Science, Operational Excellence and Compliance teams to gather requirements from users and support the functional design
  • Assist with the development of workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, user adoption, training and communications
  • participate in "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process requirements / optimization sessions with users

 

Job Qualifications

  • Undergraduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is preferable
  • Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering, M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio is required
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint Content Management, etc. is highly preferable
  • Strong interest in business analysis for IT and non-IT projects, Process Reengineering, AI, Automation and Digital Transformation
  • UAT experience such as creating test scenarios, executing test cases, documenting defects, retesting fixes, validating business requirements and maintaining testing evidence, is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and Familiar with Microsoft Offices applications
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English
  • Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week
