Manager / Assistant Manager, Direct & Partnership (Direct Distribution)

Job Summary

To cope with our business expansion on Digital Channel, with the focus on driving Digital Marketing & Direct campaigns

Job Accountabilities

• Develop and implement effective acquisition programs through own and paid media to acquire new policy, topline, and new customers, and drive initiatives to grow business
• Oversee and manage the Direct distribution channel sales budget to ensure the maximum value of money is utilized
• Deliver effective web communications on Social Media from brief to finish
• Collaborate with paid media on channel mix, budget allocation, performance optimization and marketing asset development
• Ensure digital design work that reflect user voice are well designed and wanted by users
• Design and implement automated upsell/cross-sell journey
• Drive engagement and business growth from marketing automation

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience with track record on project management
• Must be familiar with evolving trends in digital UX, open source software and market best practices
• Experience and exposure to new technologies related to e-Commerce
• Expertise on E-commerce and Web platforms development 
• Innovative and creative self-starter, highly motivated, business savvy
• Strong ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights
• Independent and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Tough-minded, highly flexible and determine to deliver assigned targets
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
