Senior Officer, Business Hub (General Insurance)
Job Summary
The role of a Senior Officer, Business Hub is to support, monitor and supervise the daily service requests and traffic from our partners or customers. It includes extensive transactional tasks (issuing quotations and policies) with our online portals and systems, responses to email enquiries etc.
Job Accountabilities
- Help and handle with Business Hub Manager to solve the daily incidents
- Provide solutions for teammates to handle daily transactions
- Role as account handler
- Handle daily reports, monitor SLA
- Handle and follow up general email inquiries and phone calls
- Provide insurance policy quotation
- Issue policy & subsequent transactions according to the SLA with accuracy
- Perform ad hoc duties within the team as required
Job Qualifications
- Diploma in Insurance Studies or Certificate / Degree holder
- Preferably with 6 years working experience gained in insurance industry
- Familiar with a wide range of General Insurance products
- Insurance Professional Qualification is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with high standard of accuracy
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for other positions
