Job Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the daily operations of Premier Wealth Centre (the Centre) for Life Business
- Provide quality customer services relating to New Business, MCV verification and after-sales services
- Closely work with Distribution Support Services team and Business Development team in the execution of strategic customer initiatives assigned to drive continual improvement culture
- Effectively manage the booking and usage of facilities in the Centre
- Suggest, drive and implement the improvement plan of operational effectiveness and efficiency for Distribution Support Services
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of solid customer service experience in hospitality industry
- Holder of IIQE 1, 3 & 5 is preferable
- Knowledge of Life insurance products and operations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and complaint handling skills are essential
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, such as Words, Excel, Outlook, etc. and Chinese Word Processing
