Social Media Specialist / Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

Job Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns across FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube from strategy creation, content development and performance review. Write engaging bilingual copies and define angles for posts, short videos, reels, etc. Work with in-house designers, sales, digital, legal, compliance and other relevant teams to ensure all content and visuals are high quality, on-brand, and compliant with internal guidelines.
- Platform maintenance and performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social data, and generate reports to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement. Work with CS teams to manage community engagement across our social media platforms.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to provide innovative ideas and constructive solutions.
- Digital Marketing support: Manage website upload and content review and other below the line promotion as a project manager and work in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide copywriting, translation and proofreading support.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, or translation or language related discipline
- Experience in driving campaigns on FB, Youtube, IG is a must, while experience in driving campaigns on Chinese social media platforms (Wechat, Red, Douyin etc) is a plus
- Knowledge on insurance, banking and financial services or agency experience is an advantage
- Strong in digital content writing / copywriting Project management and presentation skill
- MS Office savvy and Chinese word processing
- Basic graphic/video editing with Adobe Design, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Marketing Communications
