What’s the job?

•     You’ll lead and motivate a high-performance team of 12-15, by attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

•     You’ll manage the performance of the team by setting expectations, monitoring results, giving feedback, and supporting development.

•     You’ll communicate through regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and timely updates via emails, IM, and direct interactions.

•     You’ll managed schedule adherence and time off approvals.

•     You’ll ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

•     You’ll achieve best practices by reviewing claims files, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.

What are we looking for?

•     You’ll have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

•     You’ll possess 2+ years of customer service leadership experience.

•     You’ll be proficient in verbal and written communication skills.

•     You’ll have experience in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

•     You’ll be goal oriented while working in a collaborative team environment.
